“Rock Your Wellness” is an introduction to mindfulness strategies that help nurture well-being, create life-balance and support mental and physical health. This 5-week series of one hour sessions presents powerful, science-based practices to help manage anxiety, stress, and overwhelm. We’ll create a personalized wellness toolkit that you can tap at any time, any place to navigate stress with power, skill and self-compassion.
