About Ginger Sands

Ginger is a certified mindfulness educator and facilitator based in Nashville, TN.

A formal student of mindfulness studies since 2010, she is trained by both Mindful Schools and Inner Strength Education’s Inner Strength for Teens mindfulness certification and facilitation programs. She has also trained with The Circle Center of Nashville, and when appropriate, incorporates talking circle methods as a powerful tool for community building.

It’s her goal to bring creativity, humor, and a playful spirit to the important work of teaching mindfulness. Her aspiration is that all of her students, regardless of age and stage in life, may discover strategies for self-care and connection as they explore together the world of “present moment awareness,” beginning with a simple breath.
